Well, 'Buffy'-vampires get a klingon forehead and deepset eyes. This is what happens when Isabella go...vampirey. All the vampires have unique ways of showing these powers, and I figured that since she's a gangrel, turning her ears down and making her eyes completely black, would make sense.
