This one was inspired by the 'Buffy-The Vampire Slayer' movie, you know, the really lame one with Kristy Swanson and Luke Perry. I loved it when I saw it though, especially David Arquette's character Benny, who was this stoner/grungy geek, who spent his time getting drunk and annoying Buffy. When he turned into a vampire, the geekiness was even more apparent, and that was just so adeering to me. So naturally, I had to make a character like him. The overall look of Benny was partly inspired by Carel Struycken, who played Lurch in 'The Addams Family.
